ILLEGAL And CONMAN-Hi everyone
I would like to inform you all that this travel agency is a fraud. He con’s people, charges extra for booking. Never return money for cancellation, train divert return etc. He says that there’s isn’t an option to request refund even after talking to railway employees or another travel agency guy who can guide how to do it. Also when an railway employee himself says that the taxes will be refunded but not the fare. He completely denies the fact and shouts and abuses a female.
He’s also into illegal acts like currency exchange without license and does it openly. When questioned on any of the acts he abuses and blocks number. Says do anything you want to I have my sources. He has no respect and sense to talk to a female either and abuses.
So everyone please be aware and DO NOT BOOK FROM HIM AT ALL.
